# Presentations, Documents, Photos and Videos

In Live Control these four tabs are VisuDrive showing one kind each. They open on
      All presentations (or documents, albums, videos): everything this
      session can use, whether it lives in the session, the team library or the organisation
      shelf. The folders are still there to walk, and search, the People, Modified and Location
      chips, list or grid, and the preview all work as in the VisuDrive tab. New
      uploads that kind into the folder you are in (the session's own, from All).

### Putting something up

      The menu on any presentation, document, album or video starts with the screens:
      Show on and the screen's name when the session has one, otherwise
      Show on a screen… (rooms and every screen in the picker) and
      Show on all N screens. The preview has the same Show on
      button at the top, and each slide or page has its own Show slide N. An
      item on a screen right now carries a gold On Main Screen cue. Nothing goes up
      until the session is started.

### Tags, archive and the rest

      Add tags sits in every item's menu (comma-separated, up to 12). Decks also
      have Edit slides, Replace file and Title and
      speaker; albums have Edit photos for the timing, more photos,
      and each photo's caption, tags and removal. Move to archive takes an item
      out of the lists and the screen pickers without deleting anything; Archived
      in the folder list holds it until you restore it or delete it forever.

      A live screen is never pulled out from under you. If a screen is already
      showing something you archive, it keeps showing it.
