Surface | Address | Who opens it |

Room display | /s/<screen>?token=… | Opened once on each room machine and left alone |

Control panel | /control | Whoever runs the meeting: an account with manage rights |

MyConsole | /console | Owners and admins: people, teams, sessions, PINs, devices |

Join | /join | Anyone invited: session number and join password, no account |

Presenter remote | /remote | A presenter's phone: presenter PIN, presenter link, or presenter account |

Screen share | /share | Someone off-site sharing their screen: share PIN, share link, or presenter account |

Logs | /logs | What every machine in the room reported: manage rights |

A room display never logs in. It authenticates with its own screen token, which is
baked into the link, and that token only ever grants read access to meeting content.
That is what lets you open a screen with zero typing at the start of a day.
